I checked on him before, he doesn't hack, he just has some overpowered gear.
But as this is still a pvp server, I can not ban him for killing/stealing.
Some advice may be: claim your ground with towny before making buildings, so he can not pvp and steal stuff in your town.

I took a closer look at it and normally it should be impossible to rob a town by just claiming the land.
The only players who can steal stuff in a town plot are the plot owners.

somethings wrong with the onfig then, beacuse 7 diamond blocks 7 gold blocks and 22 iron blocks dont just disappear...
